We will accept proposals as joint research on issues that can not be addressed within the framework of openuse.

Recruitment Essentials [November 8, 2016 updated]

1. If you wish to make observations using the Nayuta telescope or 60 cm telescope, please fill out the application form below.
2. Join the staff of the Astronomical Science Center as a Co-Researcher (CoI).
3. Submit the application form via the Astronomical Science Center staff.
4. Applications are accepted at any time. However, please submit the application one month before the desired observation start date.
5. If you plan to stay in a family lodge or group lodge, please submit the application first. Please make a reservation for the lodge after the observation date is decided.
• During observation it is necesary to stay at Nishi Harima Observatory
6. Depending on the content you might apply to open use observation

The observation start time is at around 21:30 after the public observation session.

Please note that we will do our best to carry out our observations so that we can achieve our goals, but in some cases we can not conduct observations due to irregular weather or failure of the telescope or observation equipment.
